The Empurau (weighted 1-1.3kg+-) fish was meaty, thickflesh was white, tender and moist, meat was gently fruity sweet which wascomplemented by the mildly savory dressing sauce. It's belly was slightlysweeter with a smoother feel to bite & is neither a greasy nor fattyfish. Fresh frozen, cleaned fish, fleshy & fruity scent, no muddytaste/smell.
